This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.1 �Pre-solicitation Notice� for Commercial Simplified Acquisition in accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source, PRATT & WHITNEY MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS, INC, under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for this acquisition at or below the simplified acquisition threshold.
