Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Contract � S&P RatingsDirect Subscription

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of their intent to sole source a firm fixed price contract to S&P GLOBAL MARKET INTELLIGENCE LLC at 55 Water St, Fl 40 New York, NY 10041. On a sole source basis utilizing procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures. This requirement is for three S&P RatingsDirect subscriptions. The subscriptions provide access to S&P�s proprietary ratings information, including rating reports, rating actions, analyses, commentaries, industry research, sector reports, market data, and credit default swap spread information necessary to support OCC�s mission of bank supervision. The OCC relies on the information and data to review creditworthiness, evaluate financial institutions and sovereign entities, and monitor market conditions, all of which directly support OCC�s regulatory responsibilities.
