This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, Effective 10/01/2025. This requirement is set-aside for 100% small business under NAICS 561990 - All Other Support Services, with a size standard of $16.5 million.
