This project is for the maintenance of all 14 door and gate systems at the properties of the U.S. Tri-Mission, Vienna. It covers all required inspection and maintenance services to ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of the systems on a permanent basis. In accordance to this scope of work, Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, insurance, taxes, overhead and all things and services necessary to complete the work required. The contractor performs systematical inspections and services of doors and gates considering �NORM B 1205, EN 13241-1 and supplies regulations (Arbeitsmittelverordnung) respectively DIN EN 12604, 12453, 12445, 12635 and vendor-specific specifications. The contractor, as a specialized company, checks, cleans and maintains (smudges), all existing or newly delivered, fixed (static), movable (dynamic), mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, hydraulic and electronic components and safety related components.
