Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (FFP- IDIQ) contract to Islands Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation | UEI: CLKCQ6M9M7K7. The Contractor is currently providing community nursing home (CNH) services to three (3) Veterans at the facility and a replacement contract is being established to provided continued care for the Veterans at the CNH. All responsible sources that can provide community nursing home services within Honolulu, HI may submit a capability statement for consideration on or before July 29, 2026, 3:00PM PST. After consideration, the Government will determine whether to proceed with the sole source acquisition.
