RFP for Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Service Craft and Boats (SCB) Under N00024-26-R-2200

The Department of the Navy, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Maritime (PAEM) on behalf of Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive (DPAE), Expeditionary Mine and Warfare (EM and W), hereby issues this Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for the Service Craft Boats (SCB) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The SCB MAC is anticipated to result in the award of multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting the acquisition of service craft for the Department of the Navy, PMS 300 and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The solicitation consists of two contract lots: 1. Lot 1: Small Business Set-Aside 2. Lot 2: Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is subject to the Department of War Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program. Offerors shall comply with the CMMC requirements identified in the solicitation.
