All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Kimberly Silvernagel at kimberly.d.silvernagel.civ@us. navy.mil no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on 17 September 2026. Solicitation N0042126Q1340 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with King Nutronics Corporation under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12. Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law.
