This requirement encompasses the commercial procurement, delivery, physical installation, and system-wide integration of upgraded Audio-Visual (AV) systems across Kapaun Chapel and St. Mary's Chapel at Fort Riley, Kansas. The scope of work requires furnishing and integrating two (2) brand-name Yamaha TF1 digital audio mixing consoles�specifically one (1) console for Kapaun Chapel and one (1) console for St. Mary's Chapel�along with one (1) companion Yamaha Tio1608-D/D2 Dante digital stage box at Kapaun Chapel under mandatory brand-name standardization, alongside commercial 'or equal' power amplifiers, digital wireless microphone systems, and existing sanctuary acoustic infrastructure, including the full integration of existing pianos at both chapels and two choir microphones at St. Mary's Chapel.
