Amendment 08 updates the Point of Contact; removes AOI B, D, J & N; updates AOI C; inserts DFARS 252.227-7017, inserts FAR 52.204-24; inserts FAR 52.204-26. Amendment 07 adds project transition process information to the BAA as well as project transition statements to each Area of Interest. Amendment 06 raises the ceiling of the Emergent IV BAA0001-22 BAA to $125,000,000.00 from $50,000,000.00. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged.
