September 10, 2026 It was brought to the government's attention that previous solicitation amendments cannot be accessed. They now have been activated and are accessible. September 3, 2026 Amendment posted with updated Proposal due date, please see attachment. The government is still working to answer all RFIs. August 25, 2026: See attachment for a complete list of RFIs received to date. Some have already been answered, and the government is working to answer the rest. The government will continue to evaluate the need to extend the proposal deadline based on the time required to answer all questions and supply those answers to industry.
