Notice of Intent to Sole Source Dormitory Wi-Fi

The 5th Contracting Squadron (5 CONS) at Minot Air Force Base (MAFB), ND, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract to SRT Communications, Inc. (3615 N Broadway, Minot, ND 58703) for Dormitory High-Speed Internet and Wi-Fi Services across Minot AFB. This acquisition is being conducted under the authority, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517112 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers). SRT Communications, Inc. is the only known source capable of fulfilling this requirement without causing unacceptable, mission-degrading operational delays and substantial, non-recoverable duplication of government costs.
