The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source award to COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC, 1701 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia, PA, 19103-2838. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice effective 09/17/2025 at 1:00 pm EST. Point of contact for this requirement is Donita Hood, at Donita.L.Hood@dea.gov. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c), the Sole Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR 13.106-3(b) for open market purchase orders. The proposed purchase order is for Cable TV, Voice, Internet, & Static IP services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Comcast Cable Communications, LLC.
