Intent to Sole Source The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/PZIBA) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Agilent Technologies, Inc., located at 2850 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, Delaware, 19808. This contract is for the procurement of a High-Performance Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (HPLC-MS) for the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). Extensive market research was conducted to identify potential sources. Techniques included, but were not limited to, a GSA Advantage review, Internet market research, a review of similar procurements at WPAFB, input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and a Sources Sought notice. This research confirmed that Agilent Technologies, Inc. is the only source capable of meeting the Government�s minimum requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
