The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Healthcare, A Division of Philips North America of Bothell, WA to provide Assist Rightfit services to various Philips equipment (multi-site) which include IQon Spectral CT and Ingenia 1.5T MRI s. Contractor shall provide unlimited Technical Services (24x7) and Remote Service Support (includes Remote Desktop). NAICS 811210 applies, the small business size standard is $34 Million. Contractor shall provide requested services to Richard L.
