ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING SERVICES W9126G26RA040 SYNOPSIS Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services INDEFINITE DELIVERY CONTRACT (IDC) FOR DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (DVA) SAN ANTONIO HEALTH CARE SYSTEM FOR THE FORT WORTH DISTRICT 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District (SWF) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award one Unrestricted, A-E Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) in accordance with 40 U.S.C.
