Sources Sought: Landing Platform Dock (LPD) Flight II Detailed Design and Construction (DD&C)

Description and Background This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes to assist the Government in developing a potential procurement strategy. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a commitment to issue a future solicitation. Participation is strictly voluntary; responses do not constitute offers and cannot form a binding contract. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with their submission, nor will it notify respondents of the results. To ensure protection from public disclosure, respondents must clearly mark and label any submitted information that is proprietary or competition sensitive. Information provided shall be treated as Business Sensitive or Confidential to the responder and will be exempt from public release under the Freedom of Information Act.
