Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Antenna Control System

Performance Location: Contractors Facility The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order in accordance with FAR 12.102 to CPI Satcom & Antenna Technologies Inc. located in Plano, Texas. The Government intends to procure one (1) Model 990 Antenna Control System (ACS) with associated equipment and installation, in accordance with the attached salient characteristics. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2) as implemented by FAR 12.102. The required ACS is required to be compatible with the mechanical, electrical, and network architecture of a twin AN/FSC-78 Antenna System ACS already in use at the same Facility. Specifically, the ACS to be acquired must be compatible with the Facility�s existing AN/FSC-78 ACS hardware and software network architecture.
