NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 377th Mission Support Group Contracting Office, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (cage code 14304, UEI LB5KVANFKPY7), 1680 University AVE Rochester, New York 14610-1839, United States. L3Harris Technologies, Inc. will be able to provide (1) AN/PRC-167 RADIO SYSTEM, MIL GPS, (1) MANPACK BATTERY ELIMINATOR, (1) CBLE ASSY (1) SPREAKER, TWO CHANNEL for operational needs. This purchase will be made under Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services IAW RFO 12.102(a) and Other Than Full and Open Competition, as authorized by RFO Part 6.103-1.
