DESCRIPTION 1. Solicitation Statement This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services). A pre-solicitation synopsis is not required for this acquisition in accordance with RFO Part 5.101.1(b)(1)(i). This requirement is being solicited utilizing the streamlined commercial acquisition procedures under RFO Part 12.201-1(c)(2) (Simplified procedures) to promote competition to the maximum extent practicable. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. 2.
