DESCRIPTION1. Solicitation StatementThis is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services). A pre-solicitation synopsis is not required for this acquisition in accordance with RFO Part 5.101.1(b)(1)(i).This requirement is being solicited utilizing the streamlined commercial acquisition procedures under RFO Part 12.201-1(c)(2) (Simplified procedures) to promote competition to the maximum extent practicable.
