Standoff Diagnostic Technologies for (Surface) Unexploded Explosive Ordnance and Improvised Explosive Devices

Background: While Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) teams currently utilize x-ray and other diagnostic capabilities, deployed either directly by technicians or remotely via unmanned systems (UxS), these methods have limitations.
