FEDERAL 14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, Virginia 20151 in accordance with Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and this notice is posted in accordance with RFO 5.101 Presolicitation Notice. Commander, Naval Air Forces, U. S. Pacific Fleet (CNAP) requires non-personal technical and analytical support services for the Aviation Cost Evaluation System (ACES) to sustain and enhance ACES, which is the authoritative system used by Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF) for calculating and defending the Flying Hour Program (FHP) budget. This sole source requirement is for a 6-month base and 2-month option to allow for the transition of the ACES database to the GOVCLOUD and migrating the ASKIT and ACE reporter systems from a contractor-hosted commercial domain to an approved .mil domain.
