SPECIAL NOTICE: Draft A-E SATOC Synopsis for Industry Comment - Space Campus, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar 1. Purpose This Special Notice is issued solely to share a draft Architect-Engineer (A-E) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) synopsis with industry to solicit feedback, comments, and questions prior to the issuance of the official synopsis. This is a draft document only; it does not constitute an official solicitation, and no SF330s are being requested at this time. The draft synopsis is attached to this notice. 2. Project Overview The Government intends to procure A-E services for the development of a new Space Campus located at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Anticipated requirements include, but are not limited to: site studies and investigations, master planning, comprehensive design, and construction phase support services. 3.
