BLM-CO TRFO BASIN WELL AND WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AMENDMENT 2 (09/01/2026)- This amendment is to extend the due date to 09/17/2026 8am MD, final questions due 08/14/2026 8am MD, add Q&A, and update evaluation information. There will not be a formal site visit. Unaccompanied site visits are available. Please utilize the coordinates in the PWS to properly locate the site. This solicitation is being amended to reopened to change the set aside to 100% Total Small Business due to original set-aside resulting in no responses, post it to open market (SAM.gov), update terms and conditions, and adding attachments.
