BLM-CO TRFO BASIN WELL AND WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AMENDMENT 3 (09/03/2026)- This amendment is to add Q&A. This solicitation is being amended to reopened to change the set aside to 100% Total Small Business due to original set-aside resulting in no responses, post it to open market (SAM.gov), update terms and conditions, and adding attachments. All questions are due by September 14, 2026 8am MD. This is a solicitation announcement for well improvements of a well house located at the Bureau of Land Management TRFO Basin Well, Montrose County, Colorado near Naturita, CO. 1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION Contractor shall provide a turnkey solar powered, well water system that automatically provides and maintains water to a wildlife drinking tank with minimal human input except winterization and annual maintenance.
