BOTH SMALL BUSINESS AND LARGE BUSINESS ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND. The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is the Department of Defense�s (DoD) demonstration and validation program for environmental and installation energy technologies. The ESTCP Office is interested in receiving white papers for innovative technology demonstrations that address DoD environmental and installation energy requirements as candidates for funding. This notice constitutes a BAA as contemplated in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102(d)(2). Readers should note that this is an announcement to declare ESTCP's intent to competitively fund demonstration projects as described in the Program Announcement on the ESTCP website.
