High-Impact Shock and Shipboard Vibration Environmental Qualification Testing 1. CONTRACT TYPE a. Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to award a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, firm-fixed price contract providing the services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW), provided as Attachment 1 in Section J. b. The contract resulting from this solicitation will expire when either the ordering term expires, the maximum quantity is reached, or the ceiling price is reached. As stated in 52.216-19, the minimum value of services that must be ordered from the awardee will be $3,000.00.
