This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to use the procedures in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and FAR Part 12, Commercial Items.
