Amendment 1 Reopening of Solicitation: The solicitation is hereby reopened. Offerors may submit new or revised quotations. Instructions to Offerors: Offerors who previously submitted quotations may revise and resubmit if desired. See attached Amendment 1. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
