From the notice

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District, in partnership with the Macomb County Public Works (MCPW), is seeking contractors for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) construction contract for the 9-Mile Pump Station project located in St. Clair Shores, Macomb County, Michigan. The project entails constructing a new 9-Mile Pump Station to separate the 8-1/2 Mile Relief Drain from the 9-Mile Drain. Operating under an 880-day Period of Performance, this effort is designed to significantly reduce flood risks for southeast Michigan residents and better protect the water quality of Lake St. Clair.
